In any event that we feel the animal is being mistreated, abused, used in fighting or the such, we reserve the right to reclaim ownership without notice or reimbursement. In this event the authorities will be notified.

DSGB conducts either a phone or personal interview of all prospective purchasers before the sell of any pups. DSGB reserves the right to refuse any sell of any pup/adult if we feel the pup/adult may be used for illegal purposes.

Down South Georgia Bullies have an 18 month health guarantee against crippling Canine Hip Dysplasia and any/all genetic defects as long as the dog has not been bred or practiced in weight pulling. All genetic testing and x-rays to be completed or an evaluation performed before the ages of 18 months. If the dog is found to have CCH Dysplasia, the dog will be replaced or a credit given on another pup upon written verification from OFA and Penn HIP and the x-rays MUST be sent to Down South Georgia Bullies along with the tattooed identification Number of the dog and the x-rays... (They must match). X-rays are to be sent ASAP to our vet to confirm the diagnosis. The dog must come back higher than the median score, with Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD), for a replacement of or a credit on the dog. The owner then has three options....Putting the animal down, keeping the dog and spaying or neutering, or returning the animal and the registration papers on the dog in order to receive a replacement puppy or apply the credit on another dog. All shipping on returns will be at the current owners expense and proof of euthanasia,/ spay or neuter is required for a replacement or credit. This guarantee does not apply to any dog or puppy sold for 700.00 or less unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. It does not apply to dogs or puppies with limited registration and/or those sold with spay or neuter agreements.

The guarantee only applies to dogs/puppies bred by Down South Georgia Bullies and only to the original purchaser of the dog/puppy. All shot and medical care given to the puppy/dog must be given by a certified Veterinarian or the guarantee is void. We also guarantee that the dog will be of stable temperament at the time of delivery. If for any reason you feel a dog has an unstable temperament you must contact Down South Georgia Bullies immediately and you must contact a certified trainer to evaluate the dog. We only guarantee a stable temperament at the time of delivery and within 7 days of the delivery date. The rest is up to you to make sure your dog is trained and socialized. Guarantee is void if males/females are bred before the age of 18 months. If either the male or female is used in weight pulling before the age of 18 months, mistreated, abused, not properly socialized, or any type of neglect is evident in the dog the warrenty is void. The purchaser shall return the dog in exchange for another dog of equal value or credit if it is proven the puppy/dog is of unstable temperment.

Down South Georgia Bullies also requires that the purchaser supply pictures of the dog every three months from the time they receive the puppy until the puppy is 18 months old. If this is not done then this contract is no longer valid. This guarantee is for a PUPPY REPLACEMENT ONLY this means NO REFUNDS.

A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy from a breeding of your choice; or a $500.00 deposit is require if the pup is already born, or a $100.00 deposit is required to be put on a waiting list of a certain breeding if all top 3 picks are taken. The pup is to be PAID IN FULL, as well as the shipping crate, by the age of 6 weeks (Unless other arrangements have been approved by Down South Georgia Bullies, we will work with you as much as possible here). If some unforeseen occurrence such as "not enough pups in a litter, not a pup of the sex you wanted or perhaps the female did not take"....Your deposit will be applied to the next available litter not refunded. First pick male and female are reserved for Down South Georgia Bullies. In the event that we do not take a either a male or a female everyone on the list will be moved up one pick. Down South Georgia Bullies will make their pick no sooner then when the puppies reach 6 weeks of age but we reserve the right to wait until 8 weeks. Once we have made our decision on weather or not we will be taking a puppy from the litter each person on the list will be notified in the order of their pick to choose the puppy of their choice.

All shipping is to be paid by the purchaser. If the buyer wishes, the crate can be purchased thru us; the cost will vary depending on the size of the crate needed. Our Vet is literally two miles from us, so whatever the crate cost us is what it will cost you.

**Pups held for no more than 5 days awaiting the initial deposit. If the buyer would like we will finance the dog with a $200.00 deposit and 10% interest of the purchase price (this payment plan is prior the births of a litter). The dog must be paid in full before shipping.

For each day after the puppy turns 8 weeks of age there will be a $10.00 a day kennel charge for boarding the dog until shipping or pick up, (only if the delay is by the purchaser). This will be inforced after 2 weeks if prior arrangements have not been made. After these 2 weeks, you will be back charged for the 2 weeks plus any additional days.

If for any reason you have a deposit on a puppy and we contact you for further payment and you do not respond within 10 days all rights to puppy and deposit are forfeited by the purchase. If the puppy has been paid for in full and we at Down South Georgia Bullies have attempted to make contact with the purchaser to make shipping arrangements, the purchasers has 10 days to respond to our call or all monies are forfeited by purchaser; Unless an agreement is made in writing by Down South Georgia Bullies. The purchaser also agrees that if they can no longer keep the dog, it will be returned to Down South Georgia Bullies, not an animal shelter or dog pound. Purchaser will receive no compensation from us, as we will be incurring vet bills for the rescued animal. Down South Georgia Bullies retains breeding rights on all males that are sold. The puppy shall not be neutered without the consent of Down South Georgia Bullies.

1. The puppy can not be sold to any other person without approval from Down South Georgia Bullies. If Down South Georgia Bullies approves the sell of the puppy, another contract will be drawn up between Down South Georgia Bullies and the new purchaser before any transactions are made.

2. If the purchaser decides to sell the puppy, they must give Down South Georgia Bullies the opportunity to by the puppy back for the amount the purchaser paid for the puppy before offering it to anyone else.

3. We at Down South Georgia Bullies will be kept informed of the puppy?s progress and any change of address or phone numbers of the purchaser.

4. If we at Down South Georgia Bullies decide to use the male for a breeding, then we will contact the purchaser and make the necessary arrangement to get the breeding done.

5. Down South Georgia Bullies will also be offering a $500 incentive to title any dog purchased and bred by us. The sanctioning body of the title given must be relatively known in the bulldog community.

If any of the above listed terms are broken the health guarantee is void.
